Adriana Cordero

Adriana Cordero is an experienced procurement and project management professional with a strong background in optimizing business processes and driving strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Indirect Procurement Manager for Mexico Sites and Function Excellence Lead at Resideo since August 2018, Adriana is responsible for delivering functional transformation and enhancing productivity through effective project implementation. Previously, Adriana held various roles at Honeywell, including Global Commodity Leader for IT, where responsibilities included managing procurement activities for IT hardware and services during the spin-off of Resideo. Adriana's career also includes project management positions at ABB and 3M, focusing on managing extensive projects and improving manufacturing processes. Adriana holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, and certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute.
