Balaji Prakash Rao

Balaji Prakash Rao serves as the Chief Product Security Officer and Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at Resideo since 2018, leading the vision and execution of Product Security and information security for the Honeywell spin-off. Prior to this role, Balaji was with Honeywell for over a decade, where positions included Global Product Cyber Security Leader and Data Loss Prevention Service Owner, demonstrating expertise in IT, Finance, Compliance, and Global Security. Balaji is recognized for a strong work ethic, creative problem-solving, and critical thinking. Educational credentials include an MS in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MCA in Computer Science from the University of Madras, alongside certifications in Six Sigma and ITIL.
