Stephanie Mondeel

Stephanie Mondeel currently serves as the Director of Customer Service Americas at Resideo, a position held since October 2018, where responsibilities include managing resources for IT and business-led projects to ensure optimal system performance. Prior experience at Honeywell spanned over 14 years, during which Stephanie held various roles, including Functional Lead for Order Management & Logistics during the Homes Technology spin-off, and Supervisor for order management activities, overseeing a team of 40 Account Managers. Additional roles included directing a $15M SAP deployment project and acting as Interim Director for ECC Americas Order Management and Technical Support. Stephanie holds a BA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas, earned between 2001 and 2004.
