Alexander Holman

Alexander Holman is the Co-Founder of ResiDesk, a property management software company. Prior to ResiDesk, Alexander was a Senior Product Manager at View The Space, Inc., where they oversaw the development and launch of two successful products. Before View The Space, Alexander worked as a Senior Software Engineer for Cushman & Wakefield, where they developed advanced property management and financial analytics tools for Fortune 100 companies. Alexander also built property management dashboards and analytics used by over 20 Fortune 100 companies to help identify and prevent cost overruns in their property management divisions. In addition, they created custom financial models utilized in 400+ deals to identify the most cost-effective leasing scenarios. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Alexander worked as a Software Engineer for Accenture's Real Estate Group. Alexander began their career in real estate as a Sales Associate for Marcus & Millichap. Alexander has a proven track record of success in the real estate industry and is an expert in property management, financial analytics, and mergers & acquisitions.

Alexander Holman's educational career includes a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University, as well as completion of Fullstack Academy's Full Stack Engineering Intensive Program and General Assembly's User Experience Design program.
