Jennifer DeArmitt

Jennifer DeArmitt has extensive experience in leadership roles at Resilite, serving as President and Vice President since May 2016 and previously as Production Supervisor from November 2008 to May 2016. In the capacity of Production Supervisor, responsibilities included managing a team of 30 employees across various departments, creating and implementing safety programs, and developing production schedules in line with business demand. Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Elon University’s Martha and Spencer Love School of Business. Additional qualifications include completion of the OSHA 30 HR Course and a Lean Certification Course.
