Angelica Suarez has held a range of positions in the nonprofit sector since 2003. Angelica began their career as the Founder and Executive Director of Children Beyond Our Borders in 2003. In 2010, they moved to Partnership for Strong Families as a Family Support Facilitator. In 2015, they became a Designated School Official at Santa Fe College. From 2019 to 2022, they served as Creative and Communications Director at Greenhouse Church. In 2022, they founded and became CEO of Yellow Consulting and also took on the role of Senior Nonprofit Partnership Manager at Resilia.

Angelica Suarez has a Master in Public Administration from Syracuse University - Maxwell School, a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Syracuse University - Maxwell School, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.
