Raphaëlle Martin-Neuville is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, finance, and corporate affairs across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Resilience since February 2021, Raphaëlle oversees Finance, Legal, HR, and Compliance. Prior roles include SVP of Corporate Affairs and VP of Operations, where significant achievements include building a 25-member Operations team and deploying solutions to 100 healthcare organizations. As a board member and co-founder of SISTA, a community focused on supporting female entrepreneurs and investors, Raphaëlle actively contributes to gender diversity in venture capital. Previous experience encompasses roles at Aster Capital as a VC Senior Associate and ECOSYS Group as a Senior Project Manager, alongside teaching entrepreneurship and venture capital at ESCP Business School.
