Mustafa Naser

Mustafa Naser serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at Resilience since September 2025. Prior to this role, Mustafa held the position of Cybersecurity GRC Services Director at Sirar by STC from September 2021 to August 2025, where responsibilities included establishing a cybersecurity GRC advisory line of business and providing advisory services across the GCC. Mustafa also worked at STC Solutions as Chief Consultant from May 2018 to September 2021, assisting in the establishment of a cybersecurity advisory line and delivering services in the KSA and GCC. An earlier role as Information Security Consultant at the National Cyber Security Center (NCSC) in KSA involved authoring the first national cybersecurity standard and advising leadership on national issues from April 2017 to May 2018. Mustafa's career began at the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia as Head of Information Security Risk Management (June 2011 - April 2017) and included positions at the Insurance Commission of Jordan and Bank Audi. Mustafa holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Applied Science University, obtained in 2005.
