Resilience Education
From incarceration to post-release, Resilience Education creates a throughline of support by laying down the foundation for success. With our high-quality business and financial education in collaboration with top business schools, we engage and mobilize MBAs to become knowledgeable advocates and deliver impact while they learn. Beyond the prison setting, people with records, MBAs, and professionals can connect, mentor, and learn with the fully digital and remote Resilient Professional Community, further leveraging education and social capital to continue breaking down barriers. As a non-profit organization, our mission is to stop cycles of incarceration by improving employment outcomes and re-entry success.
