Prior to their current role, Paul served as the Director of Security and Emergency Preparedness at West Suburban Medical Center and Loyola University Medical Center. Paul also has experience as an Emergency Preparedness Coordinator at NorthShore University HealthSystem and retired from the Village of Skokie, Illinois as a Police Commander. Paul holds an MBA in Personnel Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, a BA in Economics and Business from Northeastern Illinois University, and has completed the FBI National Academy Session 219.
