Resilience Lab
Kiera Dowell is a clinician at Resilience Lab since August 2023 and has been working as a case manager at York Street Project since January 2021. Previously, Kiera served as a clinical social work intern at New Alternatives For Children from August 2022 to June 2023 and gained experience as a therapeutic program worker at Wediko Children's Services in the summer of 2019. Kiera holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University, completed in 2023, and a Bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College, obtained in 2020. Kiera graduated from Charlotte Latin School with a high school diploma in May 2016.
