Tom Kazer

Tom Kazer has a diverse work experience in product management and data management consulting. Tom has worked at various companies such as Meta, Artemis Health, IBM Watson Health, and Truven Health Analytics as a Product Manager and Senior Product Manager. Tom has also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at The University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business. In addition, they worked as a Team Lead and Senior Data Management Consultant at Truven Health Analytics, where they led teams that launched new fraud, waste, and abuse products. Before entering into product management, they worked as a Software Application Developer at IBM, where they designed and developed interactive voice response (IVR) software applications for a major U.S. telecommunications provider. Most recently, they have been hired at Resilience Lab to work as a Senior Product Manager starting from May 2023.

Tom Kazer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Media and Communication Technology from Michigan State University, and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Tom has also obtained several certifications, including Pragmatic Certified Product Manager and IBM Recognized Speaker/Presenter and Mentor. Additionally, Tom has completed several courses on Offering Management through IBM, but it is unclear whether these resulted in formal certifications.
