Colleen Guerra RBLP-Trainer, CPO, serves as Chief Executive Officer of SkillLadder Consulting LLC, where the focus is on enhancing recruitment and employee retention strategies for organizations through Veteran programs. Additionally, Colleen holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Sunlight Senior Care, managing marketing efforts and compliance within the Veteran Affairs space. Colleen contributes as a Program Advisor for RBLP® Leader Certifications, guiding individuals in leader certification processes, and as a Military Community Ambassador for the SHRM Foundation, raising awareness among HR professionals about veteran employment. Colleen's past roles include managing the SkillBridge Program for Veterans Prime, leading training and development at VetJobs, and providing career counseling in various capacities.
