Dwight Silva is currently working as a Regional Business Development Manager at Bold Concepts, Inc. Dwight also serves as an RBLP Certification Instructor at the Resilience-Building Leader Program. Previously, Dwight has held positions such as Business Development Manager, Government Channel Sales Manager, Mortgage Banker, Staff Officer, and Naval Flight Officer. Dwight has shown strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset throughout their career. Dwight holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hillsdale College.
