Dr. Gene Coughlin, RBLP-T, is the founder of RBLP Leader Certifications, a position held since January 2018. Prior to this role, Gene Coughlin served as a Program Manager for several organizations, including SAIC, the American Red Cross, AECOM, and CACI, from January 2008 to December 2019. Gene Coughlin’s military career includes extensive experience as an Infantry Weapons Officer in the United States Marine Corps from April 1987 to December 2007. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership with honors from Pepperdine University, an MBA in Human Resources Management from National University, and two degrees from American Military University: a Master of Arts in Military Studies focused on Joint Warfare and a Bachelor of Arts in History.
