Mark Holman, RBLP-T, is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience across various roles in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as Chief Community Officer and Chief of Partnerships at RBLP® Leader Certifications since April 2019, Mark has previously held positions such as Vice President of Partnerships and Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility. Mark has been a member of the National Marine Corps Business Network since December 2019. Prior to RBLP®, Mark worked at Serco for eight years in multiple capacities, including Manager of Business Operations and Service Delivery Manager, overseeing operational support for veterans' projects. Mark’s military career spans over 18 years with the United States Marine Corps, where roles included Operations Chief for the Marine Corps Recruiting Information Support System and Recruiter Instructor, noted for developing training programs that significantly enhanced operational effectiveness. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from George Mason University.
