William Perkins

William Perkins, Ed.D., CCMP, RBLP-T, CBCP, serves as an Emergency Operations Specialist at the Federal Aviation Administration since August 2021, overseeing the Operations Center and managing various aspects of emergency airfield management and project management. In addition, William Perkins is involved with the Resilience-Building Leader Program as an Assessor, Trainer, and Coach, and contributes as an Adjunct Professor of Management at Stockton University since September 2017, and previously at Atlantic Cape Community College focusing on Terrorism studies. A distinguished retired Chief Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force with over 20 years of service in law enforcement, William Perkins holds multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and various other certifications in project management and human resources.
