Jessica Sharples

Jessica Sharples is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as Senior Finance Manager for Europe at Resilience since July 2022, Jessica previously held the role of Finance Manager for the UK. Prior to joining Resilience, Jessica worked at Digital Partners, a Munich Re company, from January 2020 to June 2022 as a Finance Technician, overseeing technical reporting and internal management reports. Jessica's career also includes a position as a Technician at Munich Re (Group) from November 2016 to February 2020, managing agent accounts and ensuring compliance with key performance indicators. Early career roles at Capita and Next Group PLC provided foundational experience in data management and customer service. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Hull.
