Joseph Baumer

Joseph Baumer, CPA, currently serves as the Controller and Director of Finance at Resilience, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Joseph worked at Digital Partners, a Munich Re company, from January 2018 to August 2021, where roles included Director of Finance and Accounting, Controller, and Accounting and Finance Manager. Joseph's earlier experience at Munich Re (2013-2018) involved serving as Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant II. Joseph began professional career at Ernst & Young, where the role of Auditing and Assurance Senior focused on banking and mutual funds, and previous roles included an Accounting System Conversion Analyst at Lexmark and various internships in financial auditing and accounts payable. Joseph holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kentucky.
