Ayanna Lott-Pollard

Ayanna Lott-Pollard serves as the Executive Director and Chief of Staff at Resilient Coders since August 2021 and is also the Founder and President of The Leadership Collective since August 2019. Prior to these roles, Lott-Pollard held various positions, including Director of Center Operations at Virtua Health from May 2012 to October 2020 and Operations Manager at the Salvation Army from August 2010 to May 2012. Earlier experience includes serving as Constituent Care Operations Manager at the American Cancer Society - Arizona, Administrator at Community Bible Church, and Account Executive at Beach Advertising. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Journalism from Temple University.
