Cath Bufton-Green

Cath Bufton-Green is a seasoned educational leader currently serving as the Head of Gateway School at Bellevue Education since January 2021. Additionally, Cath works as a consultant with Resilient Leaders Elements, focusing on leadership development and creating successful environments for growth. As the Director of CEBG Consulting Ltd since September 2017, a passionate commitment to self-development and school success is evident. Cath has held various roles, including Associate at Headspace Academics and JMC, and Network Chair at Independent Schools Portal. Previous significant positions include Head Teacher at Chandlings and leadership roles at Surbiton High School and Bute House School for Girls. Educational qualifications include a PGCE in Primary Education from Kingston University and a BA (Hons) in Music from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
