Lorenzo Francesco Rea is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within startup acceleration and innovation sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at ResilientX Security since June 2024, Lorenzo previously held several key roles including Managing Director of Sustainability and CyberXcelerator at Startup Wise Guys, overseeing comprehensive program operations in cybersecurity and AI. Lorenzo's background includes positions at the World Economic Forum as a Global Shaper and at SOSV as a Startup Acceleration Program Specialist, along with foundational experience as a Founder Associate at Limitless Innovation. With a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from LIUC - Università Cattaneo and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, Lorenzo possesses a strong academic foundation complemented by practical roles in various capacities throughout AIESEC.
