Andrew Carter

Andrew Carter is a seasoned professional specializing in systems engineering and resilience in advanced technologies. As an Advisor at Autonomy Institute since January 2022, Andrew focuses on developing resilient smart infrastructure to enhance autonomy. Concurrently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of ResilienX, Andrew leads efforts to create robust products and services for complex systems prioritizing safety and availability. Previous roles include Technology Director at CAL Analytics, where Andrew worked on UAS Traffic Management programs, and Senior System Engineer at Gryphon Sensors, contributing to Unmanned Traffic Management systems. Additionally, Andrew has held significant positions in project management and software engineering at SRC, managing multi-disciplinary teams and leading the development of safety-critical systems. Andrew's academic background includes a BS in Software Engineering from Clarkson University.
