Roland Rinderer

Roland Rinderer has a diverse work experience in various companies. Roland started their career at SigPack in 1996 as an Auslandmonteur and worked until 2000. Roland then joined Tridonic AG in 2000, where they held multiple roles such as Elektromechaniker und Lehrlingsverantwortlicher Automatiker, Technischer Sachbearbeiter Prüfmittelbau, Teamleiter Production Engineering, and Head of project management. Roland worked at Tridonic AG until 2014. Since 2014, they have been working at Resilux, where they initially served as Leiter Technik for a year. Roland then became the Plant Manager from 2015 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Resilux, starting in January 2021.

Roland Rinderer completed their education in two institutions. Roland started their education at IBZ Schulen für Technik Informatik Wirtschaft Brugg from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Elektrotechniker HF, specializing in Technische informatik. Afterward, they attended PHW Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Master of advanced Studies FH degree in Unternehmensführung.
