Roland Oneal

Roland ONeal has extensive experience in the operations and management of various refinery and energy processes. Currently employed as an Operator at Stepan Company and ResinTech Inc., Roland also holds the position of Console Operator at PES Energy Solutions since May 2014, focusing on Isom and HF units. Previous roles include Tank Farm Operator at Sunoco Logistics, where responsibilities involved tank line-up transfers and pipeline cuts, and Unit Trainer, Procedure Writer, and Lead Operator at Sunoco Refinery, contributing to the startup of the ULSD unit and planning procedures for multiple units. Roland's career began at Elpaso Refinery, serving as Lead Operator and Console Operator for key hydrotreating units and flare gas compressor units. Roland graduated from Woobury High School in 1982 with a High School Diploma.
