Production and Operations Team

The Production and Operations Team at ResinTech Inc. oversees the entire manufacturing process of ion exchange resins and related products, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This team manages everything from raw material handling, conducted by Warehouse Associates, to the production line operations handled by Operators, Production Technicians, and Engineers. The Lab Manager and Product Development Engineer focus on quality control and innovation, while the Operations Coordinator and Manager oversee day-to-day activities to optimize workflow, maintain equipment, ensure safety standards, and meet production targets.
