Matteo Panizza

Matteo Panizza serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Resitape since January 2020, leading a manufacturer of paste extruded PTFE products owned by Ethica Global Investments. Prior to this role, Matteo held the position of Corporate Finance Manager at Sisal Group from June 2011 to January 2020, overseeing Corporate Finance and M&A activities within the gaming and payment services sector. Matteo's career also includes experience as a Private Equity Associate at DeA Capital S.p.A. and Management&Capitali, focusing on private equity investments, as well as an Investment Banking Associate at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, specializing in M&A. Starting with an analyst role at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Matteo possesses a solid foundation in audit and transaction services.
