Bonnie En Powell began their work experience as a Field Engineer in Canada with Schlumberger in 2004. Bonnie En then held various roles within the company, including CoilTOOLS Leader in North Africa, Field Service Manager in Norway, and Well Intervention New Technology Portfolio Manager globally. Bonnie En later became the Well Intervention Operations Manager in APG and East Asia, and then the WS People Productivity & Workforce Planning Manager globally. Bonnie En went on to serve as Vice President of Operations Planning & Resource Management in OneStim North America, Vice President of Operations for IPM Eastern Hemisphere, and Division Manager for Reservoir Performance in Qatar. Bonnie En then became the Global Operations Systems Development Manager for Reservoir Performance before leaving Schlumberger in January 2023. In 2022, Bonnie joined Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women in leadership roles. Most recently, they became the Chief Executive Officer of RESMAN Energy Technology in February 2023.
Bonnie En Powell attended Colorado School of Mines from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a minor in International Political Economy. Bonnie En later attended Heriot-Watt University from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued an MBA in Management for the Gas & Oil Industry with a specialization in Petroleum Engineering. Prior to their college education, Bonnie attended Greeley West High School from 1999 to 2000, where they completed the International Baccalaureate program.
