Corbin M. du Mont has a diverse work experience in property management and HUD compliance. They have held various roles in different companies.

From 2002 to 2010, Corbin worked at PAWA House of Florida as a HUD Service Bureau Specialist. They were responsible for handling HUD service bureau tasks.

From 2007 to 2010, Corbin worked remotely for PMCS, Inc. as a HUD Service Bureau Supervisor. They managed the Florida office remotely, overseeing a team and handling customer queries, billing, sales calls, and client subsidy billing.

In 2011, Corbin joined Hacienda de Ybor/Hacienda Villas Apartments as a HUD Property Manager. They managed two senior affordable housing facilities, handling day-to-day rental operations, billing, vendor issues, and maintaining HUD compliance.

In 2013, Corbin became a Property Manager at Lake Azzure Apartments. They successfully managed a large apartment complex, achieving sales goals, reducing costs, overseeing maintenance, and addressing various property and staff-related issues.

From 2010 to 2016, Corbin worked at Presidio Realty, Inc. as a HUD Compliance Officer. They obtained certifications as a Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO), and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS).

From 2016 to 2017, Corbin served as a HUD Compliance Officer at JMG Realty, Inc., handling compliance tasks.

Since 2017, Corbin has been working at ResMan Property Management Software. They started as a Business Analyst and later became a Senior Business Analyst. Currently, they hold the roles of Product Manager and Senior Product Manager, specializing in affordable housing.

Corbin M. du Mont obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, General from the University of South Florida from 1995 to 2001. Additionally, they completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Hillsborough Community College from 1995 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Corbin holds certifications as a Certified Occupancy Specialist from the National Center for Housing Management, a Certified Professional of Occupancy from NAHMA - The National Affordable Housing Management Association, and a Tax Credit Specialist from the National Center for Housing Management.
