Kelsey Rea-Lerma

Kelsey Rea-Lerma is an experienced professional in partnerships, communications, and organizational culture within the property management and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Partnerships and Communications and previously as the Director of People and Culture at ResMan Property Management Software since May 2022, Kelsey has a strong background in leadership roles. Prior to this, Kelsey held the position of Director of People and Culture at OneDay from June 2019 to May 2022, where Kelsey also served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. Kelsey's earlier experience includes working as the Office Manager at RevUnit and as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director at Hark at the Center for Collaborative Care. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Services from John Brown University.
