Senior Digital Project Manager at ResMan

Noelia Hernández started their work experience in 2004 as a student at AP Animation. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Junior Developer at Teravision Games, where they participated in creating documents and programming video games. From 2012 to 2012, they had an internship at TMTFactory, where they programmed display files and provided guidance on Flash and ActionScript. In 2013, they worked as a Game Developer as an Autónomo. In 2014, they worked as a Digital Programmer at FCB Global, where they programmed and edited displays files and videos. In 2015, they worked as a Campus Tour Guide at Full Sail University and as a UX Research Associate & Lab Manager at Full Sail University User Experience Lab. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a UX Research Associate & Producer at Full Sail Institute for Research and Entertainment, recruiting participants for tests and facilitating playtests. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Project Coordinator at Razz Interactive, assisting in managing digital projects for clients. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as an Associate Product Manager at Razz Interactive, defining product features and driving teams for timely execution. Currently, starting in February 2020, they are a Digital Project Manager at ResMan Property Management Software, where they lead new customers through website implementation and manages project schedules and plans. In April 2022, they were promoted to Senior Digital Project Manager at the same company, taking on additional responsibilities as a focal point of contact for internal communications and escalations.

Noelia Hernández completed their education in a chronological manner. Noelia began their education in 2002 at Universidad Metropolitana, where they pursued a degree in Systems Engineering. Noelia attended the university until 2009.

In 2011, Noelia enrolled at Universitat Ramon Llull to obtain a Master's degree in Multimedia Creations and Serious Games. Noelia completed their studies in 2012.

In 2015, Noelia pursued another Master's degree in Game Design at Full Sail University, focusing on Human Computer Interaction. Noelia graduated in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Noelia obtained a certification in Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals from Coursera in April 2018.
