Carola Coch serves as the Head of People Experience at ResMed, a role held since February 2010, and is the Co-Founder of the ResPect group, an LGBTIQA+ network aimed at fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace. Coch has held several leadership positions at ResMed, including Director of OKR Business Process, where the focus was on driving operational effectiveness through the implementation of Objectives and Key Results, and Director of Operating Excellence, focusing on the Business Excellence program aligned with the company's 2025 Strategy. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Finance Manager and Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in the APAC region, and earlier, Senior Consultant and Project Manager at CTcon GmbH from 2006 to 2010. Carola Coch holds a degree in Computer Science and Economics from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
