James Webster

James Webster is a senior legal professional specializing in intellectual property and product law, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at ResMed since November 2021. Previously, James held various positions at MinterEllison from February 2017 to October 2021, including Associate and Lawyer in Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution, after progressing from Graduate. Prior experience includes roles as an Analyst at KPMG and positions in summer clerkships and internships with law firms and governmental agencies. James holds a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) degree from Monash University and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne, alongside a forthcoming program in Global Management Foundations at IMD.
