Matthew Green

Matthew Green is an experienced legal professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and ventures. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at ResMed since May 2022, Matthew previously held the position of Corporate Counsel at the same company. Prior to joining ResMed, Matthew worked at Kirkland & Ellis as an Associate in the Private Equity/M&A sector from January 2021 to April 2022. Matthew’s legal career began at Gilbert + Tobin, where responsibilities included roles as a Lawyer and Clerk, primarily focused on Private Equity/M&A from November 2015 to December 2020. Academically, Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney, supplemented by international study experiences at Leiden University and UCLA's University of California Washington, D.C. Center.
