Melissa Kozak, RN, BSN, is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Head of CitusHealth while also holding the position of CEO/Founder at CitusHealth, Melissa Kozak focuses on innovating home healthcare through advanced technology. Prior to this, Melissa worked as a Registered Nurse and Home Infusion Nurse at AxelaCare Health Solutions, where responsibilities included providing nursing care for home infusion patients and ensuring their compliance with self-care practices. Earlier experience at Lenox Hill Hospital involved nursing duties in both the Medical/Surgical and Emergency Departments, which included patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams. Melissa Kozak holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Pace University and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from SUNY Oneonta.
