Natalie Pacholl

Natalie Pacholl is an experienced project manager currently working with ResMed since June 2022, focusing on the People Team. With a long tenure at Shin Etsu beginning in August 2011, Natalie has held roles in program management and training, developing workforce strategies and designing comprehensive training for over 250 employees. Previous roles include Strategic Initiatives Manager at Southwest Washington Workforce Development Council, where Natalie developed a strategic plan to address regional workforce needs, and Executive Director of Operations at nConnect Northwest, where significant funding growth was achieved through successful grant writing. Experience also includes serving as Program Manager for AmeriCorps and Lead Educator for the Peace Corps, showcasing a commitment to education and community development. Natalie holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a BA in French and Biology from St. Catherine University.
