Taylor Smith

Taylor Smith is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at ResMed since August 2016, Taylor has progressed through various roles including Senior Software Engineer and Software Test Engineer. Additionally, Taylor contributes to academia as an Adjunct Instructor at the California Institute of Applied Technology and previously at UC San Diego Extension. Taylor's early career includes a Test Engineer Intern position at Seamgen and a Full Stack Developer role at Origin Code Academy. Prior military service includes work as an Underwater Photographer for the US Navy and a Dive Photographer for the Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command. Taylor holds an M.A. in Management and an MBA from the University of Redlands, as well as a B.A. in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
