Wouter Hoogland

Wouter Hoogland is a seasoned professional in product management and healthcare consulting, currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management for ResMed since May 2021, where the focus is on developing innovative solutions for obstructive sleep apnea and enhancing sleep health. Prior to this, Wouter held various leadership roles at McKinsey & Company from July 2016 to April 2021, including Head of Incubation & Partnerships and Engagement Manager, concentrating on growth strategies and digital transformation within healthcare. Wouter has also served as an Investment Consultant at HealthCrest AG, CEO of MetaMed Research, and held positions at Synchrony Venture Management, Pharmaplan, and Paladin Labs. Wouter began a medical career as an intern physician at the Western Cape Department of Health, complemented by academic qualifications from prestigious institutions, including an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and an MBChB from the University of Pretoria.
