Deirdre Woytek

Deirdre Woytek is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in managing complex insurance cases related to asbestos and hazardous waste as a Senior Account Manager at Resolute Management Inc. since March 2017. Additionally, Woytek has contributed to legal education as an Attorney-Editor for The BARBRI Group, involved in the research, writing, and editing of legal content for bar review programs. Previous roles include serving as a Compliance Attorney at Special Counsel, analyzing legal documents for anti-money laundering compliance, and clerking for U.S. District Courts in Massachusetts and Texas, where research and drafting of legal opinions were key responsibilities. Woytek holds a Doctor of Law degree from Creighton University School of Law, where Deirdre was the Executive Editor of the Creighton Law Review, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History from Boston College and has participated in an International Law program in Rome.
