Scott Ableman

Scott Ableman has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Chairman and President at Braintree Hospitality since April 2018. Prior to this role, Scott held various positions at AmeriTel Inns, Inc. from November 1989 to May 2018, starting as Controller and eventually becoming Vice President, CFO, and Corporate Secretary/Treasurer. Additionally, Scott served as CFO at International Innkeepers, Inc. from July 1988 to November 1989 and worked as Controller at F&C Enterprises, Inc. from April 1982 to July 1988. Early in the career, Scott began as a Staff Accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co. from June 1979 to April 1982. Scott earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from Boise State University, completing the degree from 1973 to 1979.
