Melisa Navarrete

Melisa Navarrete is an experienced professional in the field of continuous improvement with a strong background in operational leadership and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Integration at Resolute Solutions since June 2023, Melisa has also held the positions of Chief of Staff, Deputy Director of Operations, and Process Improvement Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as an Independent Consultant focusing on continuous improvement from March 2021 to May 2023, and as the Ingeniera de Mejoramiento Continuo at Plafilm, where Melisa implemented various continuous improvement tools and trained personnel.
