Monica is a Partner at Resolute. Before Resolute, Monica was at Fractal Software, where she led the investment team that launched 150 vertical SaaS startups. Prior to joining Fractal, Monica founded Function, an investor syndicate comprised of family offices in Miami that invested in early stage financings of companies including Kushki, Truv, Seek AI, Vimcal, and Rime, and served as a scout for Lightspeed Venture Partners.
