Resolution Copper
Charlotte Trujillo is a Reliability Engineer at Resolution Copper since June 2022. Previously, Charlotte served as the Business Lead for Baja SAE at the University of Arizona, where the business team improved performance from 46th out of 48 teams in 2021 to 4th out of 45 teams in 2022. Experience also includes roles as a Project Engineer, Assembler, and Machine Operator at Airtronics, focusing on cable assembly, CNC machine operation, and technical documentation. Earlier, Charlotte worked as an Administrative Assistant and File Clerk at LA Paloma Academy. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona, completed in 2022.

Resolution Copper
Resolution Copper is Arizona Copper. Our project, a proposed mine outside of Phoenix, Arizona, has the potential to support nearly 25% of U.S. copper demand, giving Americans access to a critical resource for our everyday lives and the clean energy transition. The copper from the mine will be used to produce vital products that modern society depends upon, such as electric vehicles, smartphones, renewable electricity generation and MRI scanners. Resolution Copper will also deliver significant economic growth to nearby communities and the state of Arizona by providing jobs, tax revenue, and increased local spending over the project’s 60-year lifespan. We are committed to being good stewards of the environment, protecting culture and heritage in the areas where we operate, and contributing to the long-term success of our communities. The project is a joint venture owned by Rio Tinto (55%) and BHP (45%).
