Jocelyn Cheng

Jocelyn Cheng is an experienced investor and leader in the social impact and technology sectors, currently serving on the Investment Committee at Resolution Foundation since March 2025 and as an Angel Investor at several ventures including Alma Angels, RunYourself, Untap Health, and RideTandem. Previous roles include Head of DCG Expeditions at Digital Currency Group, overseeing investments in early-stage fintech, crypto, and AI startups, and Managing Director at Global Innovation Fund, where Jocelyn played a key role in building a team of investment professionals. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School, respectively, alongside a B.A. in International Studies and a B.Sc.Econ. in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School.
