Ian Waterfield

Ian is responsible for YFM’s new investment activity in the North of England. He also manages the investment in communications firm, Ketech. Ian recently oversaw the sale of two YFM assets, sailing apparel brand Gill and healthcare firm Mangar.

Ian has been on the investment team at YFM for over ten years, during which time he has been involved in the investment, management and successful realisation of key YFM investments, including payroll software specialist Selima, apparel brand Gill Marine and healthcare firm Mangar Health. He joined from KPMG where he held a senior management role in the Transaction Services team. Ian also spent two years working in Vancouver, Canada.
