Winnie Mukopi

Winnie Mukopi is a professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Claims Analyst at Resolution Insurance Kenya since February 2020. In this role, Winnie is responsible for ensuring that claims are covered under the issued policies and for prompt registration of new claims. Previously, Winnie held the position of General Business Underwriter, overseeing the correct issuance and dispatch of underwriting documentation. Winnie began the career at Resolution Insurance as an Assistant Underwriter, where responsibilities included maintaining orderly policy files and preparing motor certificates. Earlier experience includes a role as a customer advisor at Barclays Bank of Kenya, focusing on client and policy capturing. Winnie holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Technical University of Kenya and is currently pursuing a diploma in Insurance at the College of Insurance.
