Heidi Silva is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and management. Currently serving as Financial Reporting Lead at Resolution Life since April 2025, Heidi has held significant roles at Swiss Re as Finance Manager for Life & Health from April 2019 to May 2025, and at MetLife, where positions included Financial Controller and various leadership roles from November 2005 to April 2019.
