Will Mehew possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held various roles across multiple organizations. Beginning as an HR Consultant at Halifax from September 2003 to June 2005, Will then transitioned to Bank of Scotland for three years in the same role. From March 2008 to November 2009, Will served as an HR Business Partner at Lloyds Banking Group, later progressing to Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Following this, a significant tenure at Experian from August 2017 to December 2022 culminated in the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, Will operates as a People Partner at Resolution Life since December 2022. Educationally, Will holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Warwick's Warwick Business School.
