Sr. Director of Support and Training

Chris Wiggins is a customer-driven professional with a passion for helping both customers and employees acquire new skills and expand their capabilities. They have developed multiple Knowledge Center Support solutions and user communities while establishing and aligning support desks in various organizations. With previous roles as a Customer Experience Operations Manager at Stoplight and a Principal Customer Experience Advocate at Cherwell Software, Chris has extensive experience in facilitating user engagement, developing training programs, and managing support teams. Currently, Chris serves as the Sr. Director of Support and Training at Resolve Systems, and they are pursuing the Support Operations Manager position at Stoplight to further drive platform adoption. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
