Sara Schow, MBA, PMP, is a strategy, program management, and customer success leader with over 10 years of experience in healthcare, SaaS, and AI. They have held key roles at various organizations, including Ascension and Strata Decision Technology, where they specialized in financial planning and analysis, project management, and client success. Currently, Sara serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Resolve following the merger with Espressive. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television-Film from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University.
